  • FINANCIAL REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2016 AND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT - Request the City Council receive and file the second quarter financial report and approve the following increases to the Fiscal Year 2016/17 operating budget: Library Department budget in the amount of $28,050; Community Services After School Education and Safety budget in the amount of $16,935; Older Adult Services/Senior Nutrition Program budget in the amount of $14,250; Community Services/Recreation budget in the amount of $12,000; Fire Department operating budget in the amount of $624,125; Police Department operating budget in the amount of $12,100; Building Department operating budget in the amount of $13,425; and Daley Ranch Restoration operating budget in the amount of $13,000.
