PUBLIC NUISANCE APPEAL – C 20-4286. REQUEST: The City’s Code Enforcement Division issued a Notice and Order to Abate a Public Nuisance dated March 24, 2021, pursuant to the Building Official’s enforcement authority under Chapter 6, Article 20 of the Escondido Municipal Code. On April 6, 2021, Appellant submitted a Notice of Appeal Application to the City Clerk’s Office, which is under the review authority of the Planning Commission. PROPERTY SIZE AND LOCATION: The approximately 4.24-acre site is located at 400 James Street (APN 231-140-20-00).
