CITY OF ESCONDIDO LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT - PRELIMINARY ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR ZONES 1 THROUGH 36 AND 38 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016 - Request Council approve initiating the proceedings for the annual levy of assessments for the City of Escondido Landscape Maintenance Assessment District (LMD) for Zones 1 through 36 and 38 for FY 2015/2016; approve the Preliminary Engineer's Report for LMD Zones 1 through 36 and 38; and set a public hearing date of May 6, 2015 for LMD Zones 1 through 36 and 38.
