URBAN RIVERS GRANT PROGRAM APPLICATION - Request the City Council approve authorizing the Environmental Programs Manager or her designee to submit grant documents for an amount up to $1,000,000 to the California Natural Resources Agency (Agency) for Urban Rivers Grant Program funds; and if awarded, accept the grant funds and complete the necessary documents required by the Agency for participation in the Urban Rivers Grant Program for the installation of drainage improvements to the unlined (earthen) portions of the channel draining the Spruce Street area near the Transit Station.
