PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 2 OF THE ESCONDIDO MUNICIPAL CODE TO MOVE THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING TIMES UP ONE HALF HOUR TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF CONDUCTING PUBLIC BUSINESS - Request Council approve adopting Ordinance 2015-06 amending Sections 2-21 of the Escondido Municipal Code pertaining to the time of City Council meetings.
